CHAPTER SIX:  Conclusion

...And this debate among Believers goes on. Chances are, it will until the end of time when HaMoshiach returns with the trumpet blast for only then shall the elect in Yahshua see fully eye to eye. However, a few points which we must remember are these:
 It appears that the number one argument against many of the “Lost Books” is that they are frauds.  This is a possibility with some, and with others, even a probability. . Is it not with most everything?  The world is full of falsehood, but does this mean that we give up on our quest for the truth because it is often obscured behind our culture, personal opinion and traditions?  Are we to forsake possible gold mines of spiritual insight for fear of the fact that the devil might be lurking in a hidden corner somewhere deep within the cave? Of course, he MIGHT be, but so are the gold nuggets, and we will never find them if we never try.
The number one argument against the "fraud" theory for quite a number of the books is common sense, for it denies the probability (and at times, even the possibility) of a fraud. Take the Wisdom Of Solomon, Sirach (Ecclesiasticus), Psalm 151, The Psalms Of Solomon, Odes Of Solomon, etc. etc. for example. These books do not contain historical accounts. They only contain wisdom and praise to Elohim. What could possibly be fraudulent about them. Neither the evidence or potentiality exist.
Upon reading 2nd Esdras (which is very similar in style to Revelations), The Shepherd Of Hermas (a book filled with beautiful and insightful parables and similitudes), The Four Books Of Maccabees (which are filled with accounts of people which stood up for their faith in Yahweh in the midst of danger and even death), or The Testaments Of The Twelve Patriarchs (which contain priceless wisdom and insight, and which Yahshua and His disciples quoted from numerous times), it is impossible to truthfully state that they are UN-inspired of Yahweh.
 When venturing into unknown territory such as this, caution must be executed. However, we must remember that Yahweh hath not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and a sound mind. With this in mind, our goal is to become more firmly rooted in the faith and more knowledgeable of the hidden mysteries of this, our faith, which it seems so many do not even care to recognize.
 The Apocryphal / Deuterocanonical texts were nonetheless written for a reason. Although society has altered the meaning of “Apocryphal” to mean “foolishness”, the original meaning is “hidden” as these books were to be hidden from the public until the end time, available only to the elect in Yahshua who desired to seek out the wisdom contained therein. Brethren, the end time is now upon us While the bridegroom tarries, it is our responsibility to search out the hidden reason for their authorship and the hidden wisdom they contain. This is the reason we here at J.I.T.W. have begun this study, and the reason we continue on.
 There are MANY passages from these forgotten writings which I could include in this booklet if I so desired; whole chapters, and entire books which are of equal value to the books of the scriptures commonly accepted today. I will however refrain, due to lack of space, and the fact that such insights are always received best when discovered firsthand.
 I will, however, close with an appeal to you, dear reader: an appeal to join with us in this journey; an appeal to join with us in a quest to discover the real truth about the scriptures.  So often our viewpoints become obstructed by the memory of what others have told us, and if we will admit it, the reluctance to change. The time of Yahweh is upon us. We must break through this obstructing wall of sin, hate, falsehood and fear. We must commit our lives to Yahweh Elohim and let the master designer plot our course. When we submit our lives fully to him and choose the path he calls us to take, the reward is above worth, more precious than the best we could ever imagine.
