Fulfillment of the Law and Prophets

Memory Verse: Matthew 5:17

"Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill."

What wonderful verses we read here. What fulfillment of Yahweh's plan! Yet, let us think. This is serious stuff we are reading here. Yahshua came into the world to bring peace, joy and contentment; to expound the law; to fulfill prophecies. Yet, as we look at Matthew 2:12-15 and 2:22,23, we realize that Yahshua could easily have been killed and probably would have been, when he was only a couple years old, had it not been for dreams sent from Yahweh.

Yahweh had a purpose for sending Yahshua to earth. And Yahshua carried out that purpose. Let us thank Yahweh.
